Candlelight vigil to honor slain soldier

A Milwaukee college will play host to a candlelight vigil Thursday to honor and remember Russell Seager of Racine - one of the 13 soldiers killed in the shooting at Fort Hood, Texas.Seager began teaching at Bryant & Stratton College in May 2005 in the medical assistant and nursing programs.He was at Fort Hood as a captain in the U.S. Army Reserves' Madison-based 467th Medical Command Detachment that was being deployed to Afghanistan when he and 12 other soldiers were gunned down a week ago at a processing center.
